• You can fill the half-pans with your own watercolor or gouache tubes, or use half-pans with paints from other manufacturers (please note that half-pans may vary in shape and size from different watercolor paint manufacturers).
• The case is made of natural oak, and the lid is made of dense metal and attached with magnets. The reverse side of the lid can be used as a palette if needed.
• The case is coated with a silky oil-wax finish in two layers, which prevents water from leaking. Ideal for storing paints, it is not airtight; for plein air painting, it is necessary to dry the pans if they have just been filled with paints.
• Can be used with acrylic and tempera in the studio, and with the case lid closed, the paints remain fresh for several days.
