Delivery

Time

• We ship to almost all countries. Worldwide delivery takes from 12 to 40 days and depends on the delivery service, not us.
• Some items have fast delivery within the USA(only!) – 2-7 days(see product photo).

Return of goods/funds

• Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect, we ask you to contact us by email to quickly resolve your problem. We also ask you to provide a photo and description of the situation.
• Refunds are only possible if the product is defective or if the delivery time has exceeded the acceptable threshold of 50 days.

Refusal to Refund

• We do not issue refunds if you ordered an item and change your mind after the item has been shipped.
• We do not issue refunds if for some reason you simply do not like our products.
